This is a base plate that attaches to your DTX-Multi 12 with four included screws. It can then be mounted to any Yamaha hex-rod drum mount; specifically, the PS940 Percussion Stand (sold separately) which was designed for use with the MAT-1 and DTX-Multi 12.
