The Shadow SH NFX EP-U is a permanent mount endpin preamp system with Nanoflex undersaddle pickup for your ukulele. The battery is mounted in a pouch to the instrument's side or bottom.

Nanoflex senses the vibrations of the strings and the body of the instrument simultaneously. Due to active amplification directly at the pickup and 100% shielding of the entire system, no sound is lost and no hum created.

The EP-U preamp is trimmed to nylon string ukuleles and provides singing, soft trebles and smooth bass. The output is trimmed to avoid any distortion, exclude any overload, and provide an absolutely clear natural sound.
