The Meinl Snare Bongo Cajon can be played like bongos, between the legs, or on your lap. It is constructed of Siam oak and is compact and lightweight for easy transport and playability. It has high-pitched and low-pitched sides with snare wires secured to each of the inner sides of their playing surfaces for sizzle effects. This provides an authentic cajon sound and feel, with bongo characteristics.
