The S1 preamp module features the same sound characteristics as the Little Mark II and SA 450 amplifiers. It's a solid-state preamp that faithfully reproduces the tone of whatever instrument you play through it, without adding coloration. The preamp features an unbalanced input (usable with both passive and active basses), gain control, clip LED, and mute switch. The mute switch allows you to tune in silence when a tuner is connected to the tuner output and also allows you to change instruments without unplugging your cable. This module is designed as a component to fit inside the MoMark housing structure.
