For those about to rock, the Katy66 is a 50W medium-high-gain combo with Mahalo’s master-volume sweetness to keep your sound guy, or lady, from blowing a gasket. The Katy uses three 12AX7 tubes in the preamp and two KT66 tubes in the power section, and it's loaded with a 1x12” Warehouse speaker. It offers beautiful edge-of-breakup clean tones and will give you hard-rock distortion at higher preamp levels. The high gain is sonically rich without overly compressed, and the overall tone is great for rock, classic rock and new country.
