The LP LP480 Cabasa uses a tough nylon fiber to create a rugged version of what used to be an easily breakable percussion instrument. Unlike traditional coconut cabasas the LP nylon cabasa is durable enough for years of use. The LP cabasa's flexible net and bright shell yield a much livelier sound and greater dynamic range than the original cabasa, but retain authentic playing feel.
