Like the Omega and Lambda, the Lexicon Alpha USB Audio Interface is a complete portable desktop recording studio. It offers a 2x2x2 USB I/O mixer which is powered directly from the USB bus. You can be connected to the XLR inputs and the 1/4" balanced line inputs at all times while controlling input levels and monitoring from the front panel. The front panel also offers a Hi-Z instrument input and a 1/8" headphone amplifier output suitable for all headphone types. Alpha ships with Steinberg Cubase LE recording/editing software and Lexicon Pantheon VST reverb plug-in. Cubase LE offers 48 tracks of tracking, supports up to 8 VST instruments, and is compatible with both VST system link and Rewire 2. The Lexicon Pantheon VST reverb plug-in offers 35 factory presets and 6 reverb types and lets you edit 16 parameters per reverb type.
