The Model 1088 bass trumpet features a 7" diameter, one-piece yellow brass bell appropriately matched with a .485" bore. Kanstul's 1088 was designed by Zig Kanstul and tested by first-call players in the Los Angeles area. A bold, brassy sound and excellent intonation make the Model 1088 perfect for both jazz and symphonic use. The leadpipe is removable and optional pipes will offer different playing characteristics.
