The Friedman Pink Taco 20W tube-driven head might be small, but it packs a big-time punch, and has tone to spare for studio and practice settings. It has a thick, classic tube overdrive that cleans up beautifully with the volume control on your guitar. The single-channel head features easy-to-use controls — three-band EQ, gain and volume knobs on the front plate — and an FX loop and 1x16Ω or 2x8Ω speaker output on the back panel. The rich tube overdrive is handled by a complement of three 12AX7 (preamp) and two EL84 (power amp).
